1. Pricing & Estimates
   The prices included in our detailed estimates are based on market surveys and regularly updated online resources. However, clients are encouraged to verify and apply their own rates.
2. Scope of Estimates
   Estimated trades will be specified in the detailed estimate. Any missing trade or item should be considered an exclusion.
3. Trades Covered
   We cover all trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Millwork, based on client requirements.
   
4. Drawings & Take-offs
   Our take-offs are based on scaled PDF drawings, unless otherwise noted

5. Revisions & Additional Work
   Filling out bid forms, revisions due to design changes, or any additional work related to project information forms will be charged separately.

6. Payment Terms
   Payments are accepted via Credit Card.
   
   Payment terms are:
   50% upfront upon approval
   50% before submission of the final estimate
   

7. Commitment to Clients
   We strive for long-term business relationships. Our pricing is competitive up to 50% lower than market rates and we highly value our clients.
